Back in Sydney, seeking out her best specialty coffee roasters. Coffee Alchemy is a very helpful and friendly team. They have a great range of blends and some amazing single estates. Flat white was perfect, as was the Ethiopian espresso. Excited about brewing my pour-over tomorrow. Thanks Hazel and team !
